He seems to resent having his position. I’m very afraid that my case will suffer from this interaction. How is he going to make a fair judgement on my mental state? He didn’t even want to talk to me! Their office gave me the wrong address for the meeting causing me to be an hour late and then he treated me like I was taking up his time. He didn’t even glance at the lengthy intake packet I filled out. He dismissed me as rude and asked me not to return. Although I disagree that I am a generally rude person, how can you take this kind of role and not expect to encounter people with emotional distress? I suggested he should find a new calling.

What a "A" you know what... He goes on to he only accepts cases through attorneys. Doesn't have proper etiquette and just hangs up simply rude.
