I have been going to this clinic since 2014 my child has seen dr ushella the staff in the entrance never fails to greet me and guide me to where I need to check in they always take the time to answer any questions I have even though at times I can see they have a lot going on there are some rude receptionist in the third floor however there always chit chatting or on there phones other than that they've been great keep it up

Its really helpful and my kids and I always go there and they help a lot with the regular check up and medical help.

This clinic is awful... Starting the staff is not informative nevertheless friendly. Everytime I have the need to come to this clinic either for my son or myself there is always an issue. For example, one of the issues I recently encounter is making an appointment, filling all the new patient questionnaire and after waiting to see the doctor was told that Iam not assigned by my insurance to this clinic. As an established medical office and with all the staff they have they could have checked on my eligibility before I came in and filled out all my medical paperwork...this is INEFFICIENT at its best in their part. In addition, today I had to bring my daughter because she fell from the stairs and who might have a broken ankle I have been waiting for more than 4 hours and have not been called in. THIS IS Highly UNACCEPTABLE. I think that this clinic should have a through review by the Insurace companies that assign their members to it.

I loved el proyecto dell barrio ,but know it has gone down the drain my older doctors like dr.wheeler,dr.barbosa,dr.Montes and many more that work there are the BEST, FIRST CLASS IN MEDICINE.I was a patient for over 7yrs.getting great treatment from them,but i got hurt from my shoulder in 12/2016.now i got a new dr.julie and her nurse maira who lies and refuses to let you talk to the DR.JULIE it has been 4 weeks that i have been waiting for my disability papers to get sign,and every week i have called leaving messages with olga who i ask to have the doctor call me .then maira called me,again telling me she is going to fix the problem and that i was going to get a call from her supervisor ,now its been 5week and no one has call me ..NOT CARING FOR THERE PATIENTS ,THEY ARE WORST CLINIC IN THE VALLEY !

This review is only for the family medicine floor. Nice staff, appointments are easy to make. This place serves low income families so if you have better insurance, then this is not the place for you.
