Roy madical clinic very bad service I went van Nuys ,canoga location both are same they never help even someone really sick.never received call Dr are making money only very bad experience i,ll change the Dr .to see the Dr I called many time they told me oh we ,ll call you never call me back

It is impossible to get good service. They are grossly unprofessional and had told me to come in, missing work, for a walk in only to deny me and send me to the emergency room. They don't answer the phone during the hours they put out so you can't even make an appointment. They need to close down this clinic immediately for the safety of the public.

The doctor for adults is horrible. I had an appointment and still had to wait a couple of hours to be seen by him, the nurse had already taken preliminary information and when i finally saw the doctor i explained i had been suffering depression and i wanted a referral he said that i was reaponsible for my own problems and did not refer me. I changed to a diferent plan and doctor but i have been requesting they transfer my test results for months and they have not done it. Horrid experience and service.

Walk ins for adults is only on thurs and fri . and its only till 11am . They need to have adult more adult walk in hours ! Can't even go to my primary doctor so have to go to a hospital ! Changing doctors !
