There is only one doctor available for the entire facility. They leave for lunch at a moments notice. Turn away patients for this reason. I called 30 minutes prior to see how long i would wait. They explained it would be 30 to 40 mins. I told them i would be there in 30. Asked if that would be okay. Once i get there, i informed them that i had called. Now they are telling me that the doctor is going out for lunch. They do not in fact provide "urgent care" they provide "at their leisure care". This is what happens when the government gets involved with your health care options. Come here if you want to be turned down by the health care provider. No excuses or exceptions. If you inconvenience the healthcare providers with your health issue your in big trouble. They will not help you. Good luck !

Staff tries to be professional, Doctor is friendly, and comforting. Wait time was high....with 3 people a head of me it took 4 hours total to check in, be seen, and prescribed medication. Their hours until 7pm weekdays and until 5 weekends open 7 days a week I s very convenient. In future due case, I will make this my go-to urgent care facility.

The nurses didn't seem to know what they were doing - the doctor was somehow more incompetent - would definitely stay away there are much better urgent cares in the valley -- UPDATE: went to the Reseda Urgent Care and was diagnosed with bronchitis that needed immediate treatment and Canoga Park Urgent Care missed it! DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEATH

Most of the staff are friendly but honestly the doctors don't know what the hell they are doing. Ive gone quite a few times to deal with this UTI I have and I'm still dealing with it. They don't really do much testing and will give meds based only on the symptoms you tell them. They don't look much into it and once I felt I was blamed for obtaining a condition that I have. Not the best urgent care to go to.

I've been here a few times. The last time I was here, I walked in and the guy sitting at the desk immediately informed me that the doctor was on lunch and that I could wait if I wanted to, I said thanks. Then as I was saying Thank You to the nice gentleman, a chubby girl (MA) came out and told me to come back, all with a nasty attitude, for no reason. I returned later, same nasty attitude. Like I have said before, I've been here a few times before and the customer service was good. Don't know what happend with this chick. She made me feel uncomfortable. One star for the gentleman and for the other MA that assited me, she was pleasant :). The other chick's attitude overshadowed this visit, though.
