My (almost) 3 yr old loves it. Lots of things for the kids to use their imagination and creativity as well as slides and tunnels. It could use a bit of freshening up as a lot of the foam used for safety purposes is ripped up or chunks taken out, walls are scraped up, etc. Would also love to see them hold some organized fun play groups on occasion where an "instructor" could have the kids do things as a group, learning to play with others & teamwork. All & all a good place to let the kids burn off some energy in a safe & fun environment.

This is a great place for kids to have fun and burn off some energy. There are multiple sections with different activities. This location also has a section strictly for kids under the age of 5 with a separate gated entrance for entering and leaving the area. There are rooms for parties, tables for meals and snacks, and many couches and seating for adults. You can also fill out a online waiver form, which helps speed up the process when you arrive. I did not give a 5 star rating due to the price, now it won't break the bank, but if you have multiple kids the cost can add up quickly. I have been here multiple times and I'll be back.

This is a wonderful place! I recently started bringing my 17 month old here and he loves it. And I love that there's a tots area for the younger kiddos to play safely. It has lots of foam things to climb on, and my son and I love the giant Legos! It's clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive! I love that there is a nursing room, it's so rare to find a playplace with a nice quiet space for nursing privacy. My one and only critique (and the only reason this isn't a 5-star review) is that they don't have many healthy meal options for the kids, other than a cup of grapes (which did not appear to be rinsed at all). I also would love to see an option to substitute whole wheat bread for an additional cost on the kid's sandwiches, instead of just having white bread. It would also be a huge bonus if they made the parents wear matching arm bands or stamped numbers on hands for added safety. But all in all, it's a wonderful play place, and I'll be taking my son every week until we get some warmer weather!

I bought a cup of coffee because the place was freezing. I passed a couch that had water spilled all over it. I went to sit on the couch across from the area where children can use toy cars to watch my 6 year old. We had only been there under an hour at this point when a staff member comes over to tell me I couldn’t have my coffee in the carpeted area. I didn’t want to leave my child as their was a back door to a back room right by there. When I didn’t leave that area a manager comes over insisting I leave the area with my coffee as if I am a child instead of a responsible parent watching her child. I explained I have no way of knowing my child is safe as they do not have monitored entries and exits as places such as Chuck e cheese where they stamp the child and parent with the same number and check it on the way out. I then said I would like a refund and she refused to give me a refund on the $15.95 I spent and had to walk out of there with an upset child. I will not be back. Maybe they should focus more on the little children spilling drinks everywhere and peeing on the slides. They were cleaning pee off the slides right when we got there. They didn’t see whose child did that but they sure like making a mom’s and child’s visit an unpleasant one.

Great array of things to do. Our 18 month old daughter was a bit young to enjoy all of the offerings but she still had plenty to do. Well worth the cost, especially while considering that fee is an all-day pass, free to leave the building and return for the day.
