I recently was there with a sorority group and the deserts were good. And they we're really good at getting us a table without a reservation for a table of 7 even if it just was two tables put together. It did take a while for us to get our check and back. Service could have been quicker. But the food was delicious.

Absolutely wonderful place for a romantic date night. Wonderful dessert selection. Great atmosphere and nice decor. Wonderful selection of chocolates and great gift ideas. Highly recommended.

We were standing for 10 min, no one attended us then they told us that they were going to clean tables when they were clean tables and the waiter was a guy and he just gave us the menus while he was talking to another table and we were sitting their for 15 min while the waiter was talking to another table for those 15 min and there was another waiters just standing doing nothing. It was my first time,  and my parents always come and they get attended right away and they told me it's a great place. The restaurant looks nice but the service is bad!!!

Cherry hot chocolate is the best!!! Our wait time was a little long but we were the first people there so nothing had been started yet. Amazing desserts and it definitely deserves the best hot chocolate in Chicago award!!!

The place is great, but the service is awful. 25 minutes seated and we didn't even get water, they brought the glasses dirty and wet. And didn't even bring glasses for the entire party. 
Our server took forever to come take the order, we asked for the manager, we asked for the manger came and he was absolutely careless. I had to ask him twice to bring us water.
Our order took around an out to get to us.
