What can I say. A gem in Simi. Super clean, super FAST even at peak lunch hour, super nice staff- NO GREASE. This food is so clean and grease free as you eat it, healthy with tons of flavour. Spacious inside with sports (soccer too!) and nice theme. Just awesome.

Love this place for lunch! The bahn mi sandwichs are top notch. Perfect balance of flavors and it isn't heavy so you still feel fresh after lunch (no food coma!). I'm also a big fan of the egg rolls, Bamboo Cafe does eggrolls right. So good.

Ordered an entree and appetizers to eat in restaurant, and ordered a sandwich to-go for my spouse at home. The short of it is that it took an hour after I ate my entree for the to-go sandwich to appear. Not only that, I was given back the someone else's credit card when I paid for my check. The restaurant was not busy, maybe one staff to two or three tables, and yet there was no urgency to make the moment right with me regarding my order.

Fantastic atmosphere, wonderful and friendly staff, amazing food. Hands down my favorite place for Vietnamese fare.
