Welcome to the Junkyard!

Story

Check out our website @ http://www.thejunkyardcafe.com. There we give you just a preview of what we’ve got going. You have to show up to really GET IT. (Beware, you may show up and still not “GET IT”, some people are just too uptight.)

Take a look at our diverse menu. We bring you a great selection of delicious, fresh handmade choices. Then there is always our “Poison of the Day”, which is our daily feature. Oh, and Happy Hour Monday through Friday 2pm-6pm.

The food is awesome, the beer is always ice cold, served in 20 ounce frozen schooners, and the service is not that great.

We serve up our epicurean delights with a great attitude in a relaxed, fun environment.

Great atmosphere in this place, very eclectic and to a small degree somewhat intimidating. The food in the service is always very good. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is that the menu is very difficult to go through. It is voluminous. That is not to say they need to trim down what they serve, but it is difficult to read. I do enjoy coming here anytime I am in town.

Tony runs it like a family restaurant greets everybody let you know what specials are coming up . Food is very good and goob portions. If you love liver and onion having him put you on the list he'll let you know when he cooks it. Taco Tuesdays the third Thursday of the month Thanksgiving one of the best st. Patrick's Day parties you could ever go to and the Saturday night prime rib just the way it should be cooked overall my favorite is poison of the day

I am not a huge fan of the junkyard. Their food to me isn't usually that great and their menu is just way to confusing.Tonight though I took the suggestion of my best friend and orders their personal pizza. It was delicious! So cheesy and a good size. I loved it. I will definitely be back for anotber one very soon. Plus their drinks are pretty good.

We had a table of 10, waited about 25/30 minutes, which was fine. The waiter was fast and got all of our orders correct for drinks and food. Everything was decently priced, all of the food was delicious, and the service was wonderful and fast. The place is super cool and eclectic with tons of stuff to look at all around the restaurant.

The food is decent and primarily comfort food. Standard bar food. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would go back for a quick bite and a drink.
