Definitely a cool up and coming bar. Downtown West Dundee is really stepping their game up for the night life. Absolutely AMAZING apple pie shots. The food is delicious and comes in pretty hefty portions. Prices for food and drinks are pretty normal. All the servers are really friendly and helpful with drink or food choices. Can't wait for the upstairs to open up!

Greeted right away. Sat at the bar for drinks, service was good. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. Will have to go for the food next time.

Update: First review was on their opening week when the staff was well attentive. My last visit, will probably be my last. We were sat down fairly quickly by the hostess, that she noticed we were still sitting there without menus or drinks after 5 minutes from when she sat us. She said I had already told the waitress in your section I had sat you, let me tell her again, and still took awhile before a waitress to take our drink order. Services was so bad, she never came back to see if we wanted another round or check on how our food tasted, or even look our way to get her attention. She was too busy chatting with coworkers.

Good food, a little short on the portions.  Good atmosphere and a great spot in the cool downtown area.

This could be a great place if they could get their service act together.  I think the people try hard, but they seem under staffed. My last visit too an hour to get lunch to arrive.  Of course, there was only one person to support the bar and tables

It is great to see new things come to Dundee...however, all the new restaurants have one thing in common...POOR SERVICE...Managers Owners...train your people...YOUR a SERVICE INDUSTRY...If you don't know how to train them go to one of the many successful places (village squire; Emmet's; Francesca's) or Seasons 52 outside the area and study the competition. See how the managers manage and staff work...you will learn something. If you don't you don't need to be in the business.. 
This is not a place for your employees and family to come hang out...Server's boy friends kissing them goodbye...Mom and dad dropping by to say hello..or sit at the bar..

Now for the food..just OK>. told us they had a limited menu..if they cant get that right then what are they going to do when they have a full menu..Service...well SLOW..what can I say..
