Super friendly workers here! Once they figured out my name, they'd come over and call me by name. I was impressed that they wanted to help and acted like they liked working here. I tried on a bunch of clothes but nothing fit. I will be back though. They left me with a great impression that they are trained well to  help others.

Ebony helped me out picking a good style combination, and made sure my new shirt was steamed so I could wear it out! Thanks for the great service.

Lauren, Christine and their supervisor were very helpful this past weekend when I went in to look for a blazer. Not only did they find every size in different styles for me to try on, they even found an outfit that matched the blazer. They also grabbed a few things off the sales rack for me to try on.  And when it didn't fit, they offered to look for it at the other stores and have it ship to my house. Not only did I get a really good deal I got the blazer I wanted.  :) I love their service here! And super friendly staff. The clothes and the price is what I would expect from Banana Republic.

First time at Banana Republic and all I see was Overpriced clothes that are cheaply made with cheap material...but we already knew that since it's a step up from Old Navy...Any how...At this particular store the workers were Pretentious stuck up straight up snobs! I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty woman except I had better clothes on! They treated me as if I wasn't there, especially compared to the service the other skinny white women were getting. Hell they rolled out the red carpet and fawned over them the entire time! It was a horrible degrading knock to your confidence type of experience that I would wish on nobody! I will never spend a dime at this business ever again nor ever go back to this particular store in the Promenade shops in Briargate! To the the workers that work there please note that KARMA is REAL!

If you walked into Briargate’s Banana Republic and lit yourself on fire, no one would bat an eyelash.  The customer service – if you can even call it that – is downright laughable.  The employees do not greet shoppers and act put upon if forced to process an order or open a dressing room.  Furthermore, the store seems stuck in a constant state of disarray.  No wonder this Banana never has any customers!  If you can, order online – it’s a much less frustrating option.
