RUDE STAFF
After looking through the store for something that I saw online I managed to find it on the mannequin. I asked the sales girl “Rachel” if she could pull it off for me and she refused saying they don’t sell those pieces? Ok fine so I keep looking and settle on something else and I interrupt a gossip session between other workers for a fitting room. The girl rudely led me to a fitting room. The associates her act like they’re going out of their way to help you. LOVE Charlotte Russe, they have cute things for decent prices but the customer service at this location is lacking.

I love this store. The killer sales always double my spend, and the clearance racks here are absolutely incredible. I love that they keep the trending items in here! Lines are never bad and the girls working are always sweet,  and never fail to forget to tell you how much the items on the register are.  I reccomend shopping here for all females looking to stay up to date with the latest trends in clothing and accessories and who don't want to break the bank.

So after searching the store a few nights ago for an item in the window,  i ask a rep where it is "oh we are currently out" so i ask to get the one on the display as its in my size "sorry that's for the display only". So i give up,  figure I've never been here before so i check it out.  Very cheep store,  and frankly,  you get what you pay for.  
I finally decide on two items from the discount racks,  total cost $20. She rings up the total,  over $50. So i stop and say those were from the discount rack,  and i can,  in fact,  see the price stickers on them showing the new totals as they were on sale (more like clearance). So she has to go all her manager if it's ok to sell them at that price. 
Goes to ring up the new price and there's an extra 0 tacked on at the end, which after promptly being fixed i promptly chose to pay in cash as i was not letting them have a chance with my card. 
Prices aren't bad,  selection isn't that bad,  products are so - so.  But staff wise?  Never,  ever, again.

Only one person was helpful but who I am assuming is the manager, is rude . I'm sorry I interuppted your conversation with your co-worker to ask for a fitting room. I would figure you would want to work instead of just standing their and having a conversation. Rolling your eyes in disbelief that someone might actually need your help was very graceful. Sad experience with staff.
