We came last minute for a holiday party, and the staff was just excellent. They were super friendly and did everything they could to help us. It was foolish and irresponsible to wait as long as we did, but because if the staff we were able to get everything we needed. Just amazing customer service

Never shop at this Macy's. I bought a coffee table from them with the promise that it would be in the warehouse in two days. Of course once I called in they realize whoops actually it's going to be several weeks. It has now been over two months and I'm still sitting here waiting for my table. Once they finally got it in their warehouse the best they could do for me was to wait NINE DAYS to get it delivered after waiting something like seven weeks for my "here in a few days" coffee table. Today is the day of delivery and what do you know, they're still screwing up! I was told it would come between 1:15 and 3:15 and lo and behold, at 3:15 I get a call saying the new window for delivery is 3:15 to 5:15. I paid Macy's 300 dollars to get treated like garbage and to have my stuff held from me for MONTHS. Never shop here, the customer service is the worst I've ever received in my entire life. You'd be better off literally anywhere else.

Macy's offers quality products and great sales. The sales people are helpful and friendly. Macy's is a traditional store in how they conduct business and how they offer great customer service.

As far as department stores go I really like Macey's. This is a great location with a helpful staff, you just have to ask. Otherwise they really won't bother you which I can appreciate.
