I usually go in Zumiez and browse around for a while until i don't find anything outstanding (for the prices) and move on. This location is the best stocked Zumiez I've ever seen. If you're familiar with this company and looking for women's clothing/accessories you know that the selection for us ladies isn't typically anything special compared to the men's selection. Not the case here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jeff who I believe is a manager there. He was nothing short of amazing throughout my shopping experience! I've worked in retail before and can tell you that most people don't work nearly as hard as he does. He engaged in conversation, offered a couple of different ideas on clothing, informed me about all of the sales and happily answered my questions. He also allowed me to take my time instead of hovering over me (so uncomfortable) which is common in too many stores. They were having a BOGO 50% off on clothes, socks, hats etc. so I went to town. Ended up with some sweatshirts, T-shirts, socks, a beanie, gloves and another hat. All at relatively good prices. I'm so surprised by some of the other reviews....maybe the staff has changed or policy changes. But my experience was wonderful thanks to Jeff! : ) I will return and recommend to friends.

When I was in high school this was my spot, now I just shop here for snowboarding gear. The staff is super chill. I've always had a great experience here.

Absolute worst servive i have ever received. I stood in line behind 1 person and stood there for over 15 min. Not a thing was said to me such as we will be with you in a moment instead both employees stood there and talked and visited with the individual whilst i stood in line. Never will i visit this place agai
