Went there a year ago. Nice, friendly people. I gave them my insurance and they claimed I was on the hook for all of it even though I told them insurance said they did 100% preventative. Dentist also said I had 3 cavities and periodontitis. I got a second opinion and according to them, I didn't have any of that. Now I'm out $200. Stay away. Please contact me if you want more details. 

Bandera Modern Dentistry: there's a lot of people on these reviews who have other billing problems with you. If you want good reviews and recommendations, I recommend you fix those. Funny thing is, all you would have to do is bill the insurance like you were supposed to. Then you wouldn't be out any money and would have happy customers.

We have been going here for 3 years. I always schedule my appointments 6 months out. 6 months ago, my 2 kid's appointments got changed without my knowledge at the last minute and I had to reschedule them.  A month ago, I got a phone call and an email confirming my appointment.  A couple days before, a lady calls and tells me it's scheduled for 4:00pm, not 2:00pm as it was supposed to be.  She argued with me and basically told me I was wrong. (I have proof).  Then today, I get an email for my kids appointments.  I call to see about changing the time, and MARIE tells me they were scheduled for today!! THREE TIMES now that this has happened.  I am done with Bandera Modern Dentistry!!

I hope this place gets audited. They tagged on charges to my visit that they didn't perform knowing that my insurance with pay them. They break up charge codes so that insurance pays more for unbundeled services. Their staff was rude when I called to question them about these charges. I'm taking my children elsewhere. I will not be part of this scam. Read the review board and see for yourself. I'm not the only person that has a complain on their billing/coding procedures.

I have been coming here for about 3 years and always have the best experience, maybe not the best teeth (but they're getting there) but Dr. Vogt is honestly the most caring, knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. I highly recommend him. And my children will be coming here as well in the future.

So done with this place. Not happy with them. Dentist Garcia was behind 1 hour and when I left my son alone she had told the tech that I was there since noon. It was 1 and barley numbing up my son. No apology what so ever. Then other times I have to argue with the staff about appointments. If you need a dentist this is not the place to go.
