I have been going here for over a year with my 4 children. One of my kids has had a few procedures. Every time they are running behind and tell me usually when I've complained. Today we have been here for over 2 hours waiting and we made an appointment. They definitely don't respect your time even though you've made an appointment. I will be taking my kids business else where!!! #frustrated

I have to agree that their practice has likely outgrown their staff and the space. I always find the staff to be kind and receptive. However, I have to pry information out of them, it's not offered. They are always over booked creating long wait times. They are always in a hurry so maybe less attentive then they should be. For instance, my daughter was given se data too for a procedure. The assistant did not tell me what the oral sedatitive was before she administered it. Further, my daughter was left unattended in the room after initiation of the gas. Luckily I'm an ICU nurse so I monitored her...but what if I wasn't. Makes me wonder. I likely won't return based on my experiences. However, I have high hopes they can self correct their course.

I have taken both of my girls here for a long time and Dr. Ochoa has always been very patient, gentle, and sweet. My youngest LO started not wanting to open her mouth at all and with Dr. Ochoa being so patient and making each visit a positive experience she loves coming to the dentist. I only wish I could come here! :) Thank you Dr. Ochoa and staff for all you do!

Dr. Ochoa has been taking care of my son for 13yrs. Since the first day, my son and I enjoyed Dr. Ochoa's calm, sweet character. I followed her from another location. She opened her own practice, she explains everything well, I am very comfortable knowing my son is treated well. Her staff does change periodically, so I have no comments on her staff. To this day my son has had zero cavities.

My son was going regularly we initially had no issues. However, my son needed 2 crowns and was scheduled to have them done well we show up at 8:40am as I'm walking in the door the front desk girl told me that Dr. Ochoa flight was cancelled so they were cancelling all there appointments. That being said I kept my comments to myself & left. Well I called back to reschedule & they set me up as if my son only needed another cleaning when we had just gone 3 weeks ago & we went in thinking he was going to get his crown work done. Well then they said they were going to squeeze us in for him to get to his crowns well they did the work & then I called back Tuesday because my son was in pain and their phones weren't working well I called all day and wasn't able to get through so I finally got a hold of them Wednesday & they say someone will call me back & they call me after hours & the girl starts telling me that they are short staffed then I said how is that my fault?! She then says I didn't have a whole lunch I only had a 15min lunch again how are these thing my fault or my problem? I am just completely upset and frustrated with the entire team. I will not be going back! & I definitely do NOT recommend anyone to take their children there!!!
