Dr. Cooper and her staff are very kind and attentive. The office was warm and inviting. This was out first visit so my big boy had lots of sniffing to do. They were patient with him and you could tell they all truly LOVE what they do. So happy we found them.

Banderas pet hospital has been our best decision since we moved to the RSM area. We won't take our pets anywhere else. They are truly wonderful and caring. Literally like family to us. Sorry that I can't give them more than 5 stars!!!!

I am new to the community and I really enjoyed my experience at Banderas Pet Hospital. The staff was patient and the vet took her time with my shy dog to make him feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions regarding medication. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I have visited three veterinary hospitals in the last month trying to find the right one. Dr Cooper is both very thorough and asked all the right questions during the exam and provided thoughtful solutions to my dog's issues. In addition the office manager Allie extremely nice, smart and thoughtful in making sure my dog was comfortable with a little mat and some water while we waited for Dr. Cooper. Unlike the other two places I checked out this facility was sparkling clean. They really understand the meaning of customer satisfaction. One would be crazy not to come here.

I had a semi-emergency situation this morning. My dog Dakota woke up and started projectile vomiting and diarrhea all over the house, with no new changes to his diet, this never occurring before and him being a puppy still, I was that usual worried dog mom and called them and let them know the situation. They got me in within an hour. Dakota loved everyone there and he is normally very shy & protective of me. He did not bark or growl at all, not once. Dr. Cooper was so nice and quick to make her discovery. Dakota has separation anxiety and tends to chew on fabric when we are not home, he must have gotten a hold of something the last few days because one of his intestines did not look normal but it was not so bad that he needed emergency surgery. Thank goodness!!! We are monitoring the situation at home and hope the fabric passes. Thank you Banderas Pet Hospital and Dr. Cooper, I am so thankful for your help and making him feel better. My fur baby is my everything, you all are angels on earth. Thanks again Ashley & Dakota
