This is an amazing veterinary clinic! So nice to have them nearby. Everyone there is very kind. The front desk staff welcomes you with open arms. They make me feel like my pets are celebrities, when we come for their appointments. ] The veterinarians here are very kind-hearted and truly care about my pets well-being. My pets love Dr. Eads. I signed up for the Banfield Preventative Plans because I think they are a great deal and worth the money. Never once did they push the plans on me. They simply educated me about what they covered. They answered all of my questions and really took the time to listen to my pets ailments. Two of my five pets have been seen here so far and the other three are not far behind. This Banfield is a great addition to Laurel. Not to mention it is so clean and tidy. My husband and I are big fans of this Banfield!

Dr. Winters and her staff are caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. When we brought our Great Dane in for lethargy, Dr. Winters went above and beyond to run every test possible. She walked us through treatment options and, when it turned out that our Great Dane had inoperable bone marrow cancer, completely untreatable, Dr. Winters demonstrated her care and compassion by referring us to an emergency vet just to be sure there was nothing that could be done. Dr. Winters' diagnosis was correct. After our dog passed away, Dr. Winters sent us a sympathy card and donated to dog cancer research. I could not ask for a better, more qualified vet who is empathetic and truly understands that our pets are our children.

We have been seeing Dr. Winters at Banfield for over 4 years. We actually followed her from the Columbia Banfield to Laurel, which is a 25 minute drive compared to a 10 min drive!
Our first experience with Dr Winters was when we had a dog that was sick and our old vet was closed. So we went to Banfield. Dr Winters diagnosed a very late stage heart murmur! We were very surprised as this dog had just had his physical a month before and we were never told of this or he could have been on meds for months! I switched to Dr Winters immediately and they took very loving car of Freddy for the rest of his life. Shortly after the diagnosis, Freddy passed away while we were on vacation. Dr Winters worked with our sitter and kept Freddy for us until we got home so that we could say goodbye.
Of course a year later we rescued Bella and of course we took her right to Dr Winters! Bella is now about 4 and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
With respect to the actual Banfield plan. I think that the fees for services are a little higher, but what you receive for those services are so worth it! Some of which are that they are open early and and close late, open on weekends, and they are just so caring - I could go on!!

Dr. Winters and her staff are second to none. I admit that I was initially hesitant to take my dog to a veterinary clinic that was tied to a national chain. I was fearful that he would become one of the many that are lost in the shuffle as doctors are pressed to squeeze in more and more clients in order to raise profits. I am extremely happy to say that they have proven my fears wrong.

I found Dr. Winters quite a few years ago when she was working at the Columbia, MD location. I started taking my dog to her almost immediately after her graduation from veterinary school and I've fallen in love with the service she provides. She takes the time to explain the circumstances to me whenever I have questions. If I'm being completely honest, I'm always looking at vet care with the mindset of, "I'll do anything to save my best friend, but how much is this really going to cost me?" Whenever I find myself confused about how I should handle a situation, I look at Dr. Winters and say, "treat him as if he were your own." She hasn't let me down yet. In fact, I now travel close to ninety minutes to continue taking my dog to her location. I pass numerous other Banfield clinics along the way, but the relationship she has cultivated can only be described with one word: family. Every time I walk through the front door, I feel as though we are a part of the family at Banfield Pet Hospital in Maryland City.

I don't want to leave out the tremendous care that we've received from Dr. Rybak. While Dr. Winters was on vacation, our boy came down with a skin condition (mites on one end, cyst on another) and she was outstanding! Knowing that we travel a distance to use them, she went above and beyond to ensure that the pharmacy was able to get the prescription filled and shipped in a timely manner so that we would have it before traveling out of town with our dog for an extended period of time.

I cannot recommend the doctors at this location enough.
