There’s absolutely nothing I can say bad about this company. When my dog had a tumor in her mouth the vet went above and beyond to find another vet that was affordable who could do the surgery. A year later when my same dogs time had come, they were extremely kind and let us be with her through the entire process. They even did a paw imprint in memory of her. I’ll be getting a puppy in the new year and will definitely be coming here again! The prices are cheaper than the other vets in the area as well. Highly recommend!!!

Very friendly and caring staff! I called mid-morning and got a same-day, new patient appointment for two hours later. Sam, who answered the phone, even offered to call our former vet and get our records transferred over before our visit (we move a lot and I’ve always had to transfer records on my own). I’ll mention now that I ALSO decided to bring 3 of my children with me (age 5 and under) and the staff was so very kind and caring to them as well. Checking in was no problem, and even though we spent ten minutes in the grass beside the building, my dog STILL pooped right in the middle of the lobby. I would have had no problem cleaning it up myself, but they wouldn’t let me! Someone came out and cleaned it up for us! It’s a small lobby, and another bigger dog was coming out of the exam room, so Dr. Kastner came out and held my little guy to help avoid any dog problems. Once we were ushered back, Dr. Choi was so great with not only my dog, but also my kids!! My 5 year old was terrified for my dog’s shot and my 3 yr old was crying so she stopped her work and had a tech (I think Chris) help her blow up “hand balloons” out of the latex gloves to help calm them down. She even cleaned up my purse that the baby dumped out. Chris was also super gentle and calming to my nervous terrier. My dog was not excited to go back with them but Chris held him and scratched his old man head to help ease his woes. He was very gentle with him and I think my dog decided they were friends in the end. Hot Rod also has a seizure disorder so his medical bills are never thrilling, but the prices here are competitive and reasonable, especially for this area. Very happy with my visit 😊

Dr Kastner and his team are wonderful. They really care about your furry fuzzy family members. I received a follow up email regarding the visit and test results. More than our family doctor does for our health.

I took my kitten here last fall for neutering and his shots. Not only are their prices very reasonable, they have a kind and polite staff as well. Unbeknownst to me until I got my little guy home, they even put a soft toy in his cage to send him home with. That was really nice knowing they gave my kitten something to hold in to while recovering and even let him keep it.

Affordable vet care in NOVA is no longer out of the question. These guys are fabulous.
