Front desk staff are rude and snooty. Some of the vetranarians are nice, but some of them don't care to give your pet their full attention. They won't let you check into your appointment until 5 minutes before, and if your early they are very rude.

Today my husband took my sick cat to Banfield. We took him to a drop off appointment because they couldn't fit him in for over a week. He was ILL. HE was dropped off at 9am ,with a can of food. We hadn't fed him in case that was necessary to treat him. They called about 4:30 pm to pick him up. They had done nothing because they "couldn't get him out of the carrier". He sat withou food, water or a box to pee in for 7 or 8 hours. Why didn't they call us 3, 4 or 5 hours earlier when they knew they weren't going to care for him. And then gave us an appointment for Sept. 8th. Today is Aug 26th. This is not the first time this has happened. We bought the insurance, so is this how they save costs. I am just furious and will never bring any of my 4 cats again.
If you love your animals I wouldn't think you would want to take a chance with their lives at this place. Do they care, I ask you?

Everyone is always kind & very efficient when caring for my dogs. They have helpful resources and truly care about your animal as if it was their own. I have been to the other banfield locations but this location is by far the best and set a high standard for other vets in town. I'm so thankful for the staff!
