Me and my husband USED to love this place. That is until the decided that adding a coffee “maker station” and changing some of the pictures on the walls justified there prices going up almost double!! The staff is great and was very supportive when our senior puppy passed away, but the prices are just to hard to swallow. I’ve checked everywhere else in the area and they are still the highest around.

I have had many animals over the years. Things come up at awkward hours and St. Francis Animal Hospital is always there to treat, diagnose and care for my animal upon arrival. I’ve used their services several times and feel that they genuinely care for the animals and work with you regarding estimates of care. I recommend this 24 hour clinic to anyone that needs animal care. This past week, we came in late, they treated our dog and then cleaned up our mess (spilled hot cocoa, twice!). All with positive interactions and a smile on their faces. Thank you for all that you’ve helped us through over the years with our pets.

The staff here was absolutely phenomenal! My dog had a really bad allergic reaction and this was the only place within 15 minutes of our house that was still open. As soon as I walked in and said my dog was having an allergic reaction, the staff jumped up and took her straight back. They took great care of her. The vet was very thorough and took her time to answer our questions.

Although the Ambiance in the lobby is a bit sterile and cold I guess that's what I would like in a hospital and so it is nice to know that our dog is not going into a dirty environment when receiving medical care. I don't get the hard-sell from these guys when they provide a treatment plan for our dog and I feel that they are fairly priced and provide good care.

Worst veterinarian we have EVER gone to. Other than putting your animal down, they are about as worthless as a Confederate dollar bill! Baker is by far the worst "doctor" I have ever seen.Zero people skill and even less veterinarian skills. Several thousand dollars later, no idea what was wrong with my dog. Once I was out of money, he said "sometimes it's best to just put them down"! Then he instructed his "technicians" to "leave her alone, with no water or hydration or any medications, to die." I was told this from one of their technicians. I physically removed my dog. Took her to Dove Lewis and they made her well! that was FOUR years ago and she's doing great! This place should be closed down!!! And to Mr. Baker.....I would love nothing more than to run into you out in public somewhere! You would get the same treatment you gave my dog! And it wouldn't be pleasant for you! Scum!!!
