Today me and my family had to make the agonizing decision to put our 14 year old lab to sleep. We made arrangements ahead of time and I spoke with Scarlet who was so compassionate she had tears in her eyes and she genuinely sympathized with us. Eric came out to my car and carefully lifted her out and carried her in so compassionately. He explained everything that was going to happen and told me not to rush we could take as long as we wanted which I appreciated because my husband was so distraught. We selected the urn we wanted etc which was quick and easy. Gave him her history and Dr. Wilson came in and explained the procedure and assured us she would be fine. My husband cradled her as the doctor gave her the shot to make her sleepy and then when WE were ready he gave her the euthanisia. He put his hand on my husbands back as he hugged Sammi and cried and consoled us. It did not feel cold, inhumane etc. it felt as if we were all grieving for that moment. I have always used this Banfield for our other dog but after my experience today I will never go anywhere else. We have their wellness plan for our other dog and he gets fear aggression and they are so understanding and calming and (cautious) thank you to the great People of Banfield! Anyone can work in the veterinary field but not everyone can have the amount of care and compassion.

Had dental cleaning for my dog and he couldn't walk straight afterwards and was peeing on himself which can be excused for the anesthesia. He had a few bald spots that looked shaved on his neck.. not sure how that happened. Disappointed that they didn't answer any of my other concerns I had about my pet but I'm just happy he's back home and recovering. The reviews had me really apprehensive to take my pet there and it's not perfect but the front desk personnel were friendly... unsure if we will be going back to this location.

We made 3 trips to Banfield in one week's time all because they had no idea what was wrong with our cat & they didn't even know how to handle a cat to look at him. We were given two different types of medicine, for fleas and ringworm. The medicine for ringworm gave my cat a bad reaction on his skin so we thought we would take him in last minute since they sent us down this road to begin with and since it was from the medicine that they gave him. When we got there they said it would be an hour and a half wait. We said we would wait and sat down. Two min later two workers came out did a double take while looking at us and started talking about us while we sat on the bench right next to the desk. We decided to call another vet, we told them the situation and said they could see him right away. We went straight there and found out it was just allergies...we were done in five minutes. We should have never went to Banfield since all they did was waste time, waste money on services and medicines we didn't need, and made my cats condition worse.

Vet herself was extremely rude. Staff was uninformed on how their clinic was run and animals in general
