Currently on hold as I type this comment...I have been on hold for 20 minutes now. They pick up the line and then put me back on hold without saying anything. I called the phone number back on the other line and a Pets Mart associate explained that "we have nothing to do with Banfield". Finally they answer and I advised I was on hold for 27 mins and she never apologized at all. Worst experience ever...we get better service at the spca and it's much cheaper.

They were very gentle and caring with my very ill cat. They explained his prognosis very clearly and were thorough in going over all of his treatment options. They were upfront and clear about the cost of the tests they were recommending and explained what each test was for so I could make an informed decision on what tests to authorize without feeling pressured. The final bill was more than I hoped would be necessary when I came in but still within what I could reasonably afford and was well itemized so I understood exactly what I paid for. My cat is now slowly recovering at home on the diet they prescribed and I'm sure without their help he wouldn't have made it.

We've been using them for years under their wellness plans. They love our big dogs and treat them like royalty! Sort of busy but worth the wait.

From the moment we stepped in we were greated by the nice receptionist. The vet who checked our puppies was really nice and explained everything to us. We didn't feel rushed through the checkup at all...unlike at other places.
