I've been using this vet for 5 years and I've always had positive experiences. I've even called last minute for a stressful situation with my dogs and I can usually get seen that day. Great price and caring clinic.

I wish there was only zero stars here I been here once and doctors are really good and nice here.. however the staff in the front is so rude!!! They can't let you finish talking they interupt everytime. they are extremely bad with costumer service and the phones every time I call it will ring and ring and then voice mail i have left them a few messages to call me back....and never happens sometimes they will turn off there phones for a long while even thro it's on clinic hours.... My advice to costumer or the new costumer who gose GOOD LUCK!!!! here I hope a manager is willing to read this review! And really change the stuff or get better at costumer service!!!

BEWARE!!!  I took my dog to Dr. DeJong's office for an initial examination after adopting our new dog.  Dr. DeJong made quite an impression as being very caring and concerned about our dog's well-being.  He prescribed a very expensive heartworm/flea prevention medication that I, of course, purchased from his office.  After researching the medication on several reputable online stores, I found the same medicine with about 30% savings. I ordered the medicine through the online store and Dr. DeJong refused to authorize the prescription.  When I asked him to write the prescription, he refused that as well!  HE ONLY WANTS ME TO PURCHASE THE MEDICINE FROM HIS OFFICE!!!  As a doctor myself, this is simply unethical.  I don't carry medications in my own office nor do I tell my patients where they can and can not fill their prescriptions.  It is a conflict of interest!  STAY AWAY!!!
