Drove 30 miles 1 way to the only Bofa (atm) around. The machine not working. I called the # to advise - maybe it's a quick fix. They will try to reset it. 20 minute wait -if doesn't work someone will come fix. 40 minutes later & its still not working.

There isn't any locations near ogden. The closest atm is slc (30-45 minutes away)

I really thought BoA was a national bank. It was frustrating to wait for so long for help but the service provider was helpful, understanding and kind.  Much better than I get from our local Wells Fargo.

No BoA in Utah and the ATM doesn't take deposits. Poor showing!

It's there and it works and no it doesn't make deposits, but if you're a pinch for cash and want to avoid fees... I wouldn't give up on using BofA if you live here though the app lets you deposit checks and with direct deposit I rarely need a branch anyway.
