Took them several days, and several calls from yours truly to track down 2 deposits. This was a painstaking process that shouldn't ever be a problem. Never had an issue at any other location.

Wells Fargo allowed a company to charge my card without authorization.  I have an e-mail from this company that shows this company clearly has made an error.  The company in question refuses to reverse the charge.  As a result, I was hit with two (possibly three now) overdraft fees.  I went into this branch and was told that because it was not Wells Fargo's fault, they'd do nothing to help me.

To sum things up, Wells Fargo has allowed someone to steal my money, and then charge me three fees for it.

I spoke with banker David and manager Nancy, and was insulted, lied to and had my time wasted.

I am done with Wells Fargo and you should be, too.  Wells Fargo makes an enormous amount of money by ripping off its customers.

I cancelled my account with Wells Fargo because they treat customers like they have nowhere else to go. I went in to send some money to my landlord who lives in Phoenix. $35 dollar service charge for them to push a button. Now I'm able to send my landlord rent with a FREE service through Chase Bank. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BANK.
