The WORST branch I've ever been to. The employees put on such an obvious fake face and are genuinely disintereted in their customers. Just drive the extra 3/4 of a mile to go to the Trolley Square branch. I promise you it's well worth avoiding these people.

Drive up lane 3 is apparently is deposit only... there isn’t a sign posted. I was told they could cash the check although I’d have to move my car to lane 2. Instead of being so inconvenienced at moving her arm 6 extra inches I was told to switch lanes. This resulted in waiting behind 2 more cars.

Poor customer service! Disappointed because I called to confirm that they have foreign cash and when I showed up to exchange my money they wouldn't help me because it was less than 30 min before closing. It would have been nice if they had mentioned the time constraints on the phone. They told me to come back the next day but I am leaving town and that is not an option.

Great service all the time! Very friendly and awesome people. Reda is my banker there,  he's great. Only good experiences so far.
