service is very slow... I am guessing this is the main building in SL of WF, and they had 1 banker only. Waited 30 min and it definitely  was gonna take longer so I left...

How can you trust Wells Fargo after the fraud that was perpetrated by their people creating new accounts without the clients knowledge?  I'm sure this resulted from pressure from highter executives.  Disgraceful!  I've been with WF for over 20 years, but I'm moving all my accounts to another bank!  If I could rank this with NO Stars, I would.

I have been calling for last 3 hrs at the main number of this bank without anyone answering. I got the number from company's website. Is this how a big bank does business? Tells you about customer service.
