Very disappointed in the service I received at this location. Brittany the teller was rude and clearly needs customer service training!!! I've NEVER gone to a bank that would NOT give me cash back in the denomination I requested. Brittany clearly was too lazy to ask for bills that she needed to satisfy my request. A person with good customer skills would definitely handle this situation in a different manner.

There is a big hole in front of the first ATM since more than a year. However, its not fixed after a long time. It may hurt cars or put people in trouble as well!

This is an absolutely horrible branch. Understaffed, which leads to long wait times no matter what time of day you go in. Tellers are very slow and will just walk away from their windows for minutes at a time to conduct other business. Parking is an absolute nightmare most times forcing you to park completely off of the banks property. I highly suggest going to any other branch in Frederick city than this one.

As I currently sit outside the drive up - I have been waiting 10 minutes and still haven't been greeted. I highly suggest PNC banking. Bank of America isn't even busy right now and Iv been waiting forever!
