If there was a 0 stars option, they would be getting that, but since 1 is the lowest they are receiving that. First of all, the staff is not helpful or friendly what so ever. And don't even think about trying to park in their lot( even if you are a customer) because they'll probably try to have your car towed if you're there for more than 10 minutes! I would recommend the M&T on W 7th street, or just change banks in general…
