Did not have $3700 cash anywhere in the bank, because "we have been busy today" (it was Wednesday). A more likely story is that this branch is not managed properly.

Again I got wrong information. Asked the bank to get me images of each of last years check and was told they could by mail. They send just statements. Went into the bank and the person said it is no problem online and we can do it ourselves. We pressed it and they said they could not check it. They were WRONG again and after filling a compliant by phone and found that they could have helped me but did not. They could have called in and got the documents.
