Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Attempted to open an account on Saturday morning. Arrived at 12:15pm; one banker available.
Waited for 30 minutes listening to the banker share his personal experiences regarding snowboarding, in-line skating, his brother’s death due to a drug overdose and his distaste for Southern California  because of it, while he SLOWLY  tapped on computer keys. Not one word regarding the client’s financial information was discussed. Amazingly UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is the only Wells Fargo location where there is little to no wait and excellent customer service :D

This is my favorite branch.  Everyone's friendly and helpful.  People have taken the time to learn not only my name (and greet me by name when I come in), but my children's names.  And, icing on the cake, they have Saturday hours!

My parents have work with this bank since it was Wachovia. They work hard to give good service.  We have had a few kick ups but they seem to try to fix it. The parking is tight just because of the center is so small. The wait is not too long. The staff is lean here but they try to make up with it by service.

The Spring Valley Wells Fargo people provide very good service, pay attention to details, and are friendly. It's a pleasure to go there at so many levels.
