The problem in this bank are the tellers, they always have a very bad attitude, bankers and manager are fine, but please do something about the tellers, any other branch that I go every teller has a smile on there face and are happy to assist me, you can tell they like there job... Not in this one.

Terrible experience! Worst branch I've ever been to! One of the bankers there was really rude and not helpful at all!! I don't know her name, some big girl. I think her name is Grace..ugh never doinh business here again!

Terrible Phone System. I called and rerouted through their phone system several times and could never get an actual live person on the phone. It would just get me to a routing area where the phone would ring (by pressing 4 to speak to a representative)... then it would tell me no one was available, thank me and hang up.

The lady that works the drive through i think her name is Louis messes up on my deposite every time i go to this location. She works very slow and is forgetful. The other lady that works the drive through is good and works fast and is accurate every time. I think its time for a relocation for Louis js
