i can see why you would allow the name of your bank to be used by someone else. you already had a bad reviews to begin with.

I am very unhappy with the service I received when I used their ATM machine....I tried to withdraw a $120.00 from their ATM machine and I did the transaction and when it got to the part saying take your cash...there was no cash to take, so, I went in the bank the next morning hoping to get my money since it was taken out of my account and was told I have to file a claim with my bank which makes no sense to me, since it was their ATM that kept my money..they were not helpful or interested in helping me get my money back...that was all the cash I had until I get paid again...my bank tells me that it can take up to 45 days to get my money back....I shouldn't have to file a claim and have to wait 45 days to have access to my money...The credit companies that I owe payments to do not care about this situation....they just want to be paid...I will never use this bank again....

This bank allowed my sister to commit bank fraud...
