Convenient location, but Very slow teller service.

Waited an hour and a half to see a representative. I got up to see if there was a restroom. There wasn't. I was told to go to Taco Bell. When I sat back down, I realized that they had skipped me. I was on my lunch break and already left. This branch is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced, and obviously I am not alone.

This is a horrible branch. Unless you've got business at an ATM, go to another one. It is always busy, but today takes the cake. I came in the first time at 1:40 needing a notary. After seeing that the people who came in at 1:05 were still sitting there, I only gave them another 20 minutes before leaving to make a dentist appointment. I then walked back in a little after 5, and the lobby is so full. I am still waiting, and have seen them turn away 2 customers because they are so busy. Only one person helped. I only see two bankers working. Customer service sucks here!
