Terrible customer service, very impersonal, and don't treat their customers with very much respect. Horrible location also.

impersonal, bad location, long wait. I'd rather drive 25 miles north to the Grapevine location on park blvd and NORTHWEST HWY where they know my name even if i use the drive thrun whick the Grand Praire location doesnt have.
