These scumbuckets racially profiled my roommate and denied him services that I had easily been freely given in the same situation: These guys....I had a situation where I had my wallet stolen. They asked my SS# and phone, and gave me access to my account and a new temp ATM. A week later, my roommate, who'd gotten his wallet taken too, they refused to give him a temp ATM, and denied his access to his funds We are both mid 50's. We asked for the same thing. I got service, and my roommate got denied while I was served. I am Anglo. My roomate is Latino. We can all do the math. I went in with him to confront them about this inequity. . He walked away with his money...after I called them on it. . .

The worst branch to deal with, theres only 1 window open most of the time for regular transaccions MANAGER WHATS GOING ON EVERY TIME IS THE SAME YOUR SERVICE 'SUCKS. @#$%$^&@!+ OFF

This place sucks! If you are a merchant they will literally have u wait over an hour before being seen. I will never go back here.

First of all, I always use the atm. So the one time a year I go into the bank I swipe my debit. At the branch on perris they don't require you to fill out the form. And like I said I hardly enter the bank. This is my first time in months and i decide to visit this bank. I had about 20 people ahead of me. I still waited due to having more than 40 bills to deposit. Once I finally made it to a teller I get a lecture from a guy named Brad about filling out the paper and how Incomvienced Him by not doing so. I explained I wasn't aware that the banks still do those. He proceeded to help me with am attitude then he asked me why I didn't go to the atm. I told him I had more than 40 bills. He explained that I could have deposited if I did it twice. I told him I already waited in line therefore I rather just do it here. He then gave more attitude. This is so terrible. Never have I seen such unprofessinalism. I understand i was in the wrong for not filling out the paperwork but like I said I am not used to it so I didn't think it was needed. Had he been more friendly my experiance would've been better. I don't understand. If you do not like your job why continue working at an establishment.
