Good local business. Needs to partner with another business for online banking and ATM technology however. Needs to start providing solar loans.

We like this bank. We were former customers of Riverside National Bank.  When RNB was sold to Citibank, our account was debited with huge fees.  We left in a hurry.

The people at Provident are nice, and know you by name when you walk in the door.

Thinking of opening an account at Provident? I'll save you the trouble: Run, don't walk, to another bank. This sad excuse for a financial institution has yet to join the late 20th century, let alone the 21st - Most types of online access taken for granted at most any other place, doesn't even exist here. Use Quicken? Fugetaboutit - No access. Also, our debit card is always denied for larger purchases, due to ridiculously low purchase limits, and there is no live customer service after normal business hours to help. Definitely a no-no. After 4 years of putting up with this *%#!, we're done.

This is prob the worst bank in moreno valley unfortunatly I am stuck at this bank I recommend that you don't use it they are usually rude when I walk in AVOID this bank if you can
