Every time I come here the staff is very friendly and goes out other way to help me. They do their best to get the lines down fast. It's a really busy bank and the staff is good at what they do.

Came to exchange some foreign money yesterday but I missed the 4pm cut off and was told to return before 2pm the next day. Came back to make the change around noon and was told that it was the foreign money exchanger's day off. Very incompetent. Told to go to another bank, don't mind if I do.

Drive through ATMS are always empty so I can get my money and be on my way fairly quickly.

The lines here can be long on Saturdays, so plan accordingly.  If you're a merchant, make sure that you use the merchant teller line --it definitely saves time.
