Absolutely the worst experience, 53 min wait to pay a bill. 2 tellers no sense of urgency and 4 customers service reps. Wow!! I guess it normal for customers to wait that long. No one ever showed concern for the long line over 18 ppl. What ever happened to great neighborhood banking

A great branch that helped me set up my bank account in a short time on the spot, no appointment needed. There is hardly a wait here at any time of day. They even encouraged me to sign up for my first credit card here in order for me to start building credit. I'd easily recommend this bank to anyone.

The customer service here suckss. I have been waiting for an hour and a half to see a service rep. When it's my turn, i was told someone have an appointment and have to go before me. I need to do a money transfer. It turns out that npt all the service reps do transfers

HOR..RI.. BLE!!!! I live around the corner from this bank and I don't even go here. I go to a different location. The lines are ridiculous, the tellers be to busy talking about what they did the night before Instead of helping their customers. The only thing I DO USE.. is they ATM and THAT'S AFTER HOURS when nobody's in there, so I don't have to wait a million years to take out a few bucks from the ATM

Edit: It has been a year since my last review and the service here continues to deteriorate. I have spent close to an hour in line waiting for a teller the last 3 times here and about 30 mins the 3 times before that. Or of 6 windows they usually only have 1-2 bank tellers. They should just make you take a number and sit down because standing here hurts and none of the workers care! Smh if I weren't injured and unable to get to another location I definitely wouldn't be coming here. It's a real mood killer. The line to speak to a banker is just as long smh They finally upgraded the ATM's but the lines are still long there too. ________________________________________ The worst and slowest location I've ever been to. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The kindness I've seen displayed to others is clearly an act that gets tossed out the window once a patron walks away. I stood at the counter and when homeboy rushed to dismiss me away I declared I had one simple question before I waited on this long ass line and he refused to take 5 seconds even direct me in the right way. Then damn near snarled at me as he dealt with the next person. Disgusting and my last draw dealing with these thieves. At MY earliest convenience I am done doing business here.
