Americas most inconvenient bank! The manager is NEVER there, the assistant manager has long lines of people also complaining. The lines are too long, there are never enough tellers and the new set-up for lines is confusing; with the new lines people cut in front of you. The only bright spot about going to this branch is some of the tellers who are friendly and personable - like teller Daniel. Found out most of the others have left to go to other branches.

Been coming here a while. While occasionally there is a wait due to less staff I never encountered a problem here. Tellers are fast and personable. I see more rude customers then anything actually. It's a bank in a crowded city, not the Ritz Carlton. They are open more hours then any other bank as it is. Plenty of good service with them in my book.

Horrible . There is always a wait, ALWAYS! But today cut it for me. All I needed was a card replacement and have been stuck waiting. This is the closest bank location and didn't have a choice but go here. There's limited staff and thinking it's Shabbat the service would be quick. Boy was I wrong. The gentlemen that is supposed to help customers has been wondering around attending to other errands and the line just kept growing. Can't complain about how. They are to clients but service is absolutely horrendous.

The wait is very inconvenient. I was the only client on line and i still had to wait 5-7 minutes. Then when im called over im then told "the guy that changes bills to a roll of quarters just went out. He'll be back." After another 5 minute wait i just left. Seriously considering opening an account with their competitor across the street. Customer service is just too slow here. (I gave 2 stars though because they arent completely inept and also because the guard greets you with a smile)
