I love this bank! I forgot what it means to receive great customer service and convenience from a financial institution. I was helped today by the lovely Monique. She is extremely pleasant and courteous, and was not pushy at all which I truly appreciate. Everything was transparent and upfront and I walked out with my new debit card in less than 20 minutes. The branch itself is clean, spacious and located in a great part of Bay Ridge. No turning back from TD!

Almost all of the staff is very rude and be prepared to wait, be it for a representative, teller, or anything else. Avoid this branch to the best of your ability.

I just stepped in this branch to retrieve my company online account password. Right by the door a lady (K) told me why I am not calling to the customer service very rudely. I put my name on the list, waited at least 20 mins and representative told me (D) that she can't help me, her supervisor told her that I have to use the phone, they cannot waste their time with calling. How rude? I did call, eventually customer representative on the phone couldn't help me because I needed my latest transactions which I can't access to see. So waited again in the list for a representative at the branch. Horrible experience if they eager to help me in the first place everything would be easier but somehow I don't know why they are not willing to help. I never write bad review in anything but this time I'm really pissed.
