PERFECT PLACE IF YOU LIKE TO BE SKIPPED!!!

I just left the bank after waiting an hour to open a savings account, I arrived at 2:10pm and I was ok waiting for 20 minutes first since the lady (spanish speaker) was busy with clients, then when she finally was done, and it was my turn, she told me she’ll be with me in a moment and skipped me, taking care of another costumer who arrived way after me... 40?minutes passed by and she still busy... I had to go back to work and waited 1 hour for nothing. I understand how long it takes opening bank accounts, but when you are skipped and told they will take care of you shortly, you don’t expect waiting over 40 minutes to FINALLY get service! It will take me other 40 minutes to get a savings account...

Been here a couple times now and I'm glad to say that the staff here are very helpful and friendly. A nice neighborhood branch. Definitely the best Wells Fargo I've been to.
