Was at this branch a little past closing time on a Friday using the outdoor ATM. The ATM crashed and held my card inside. Finally got the attention of an employee who did everything he could to try to ignore me and not come speak to me at the entrance. When he finally did he was very rude and ready to leave. He brushed me off and told me to call the number on the ATM. Treated me like I was some kind of hoodlum. I know its a Friday and everyone wants to go home but try to show some empathy.

Never dealing with them again, straight trash the main corporation page will tell you all, with just half a star for reviews that enough is it to never bank with this corporation again.

Every time I come here they only have one teller working and they have a line out the door. Try to stay away from this bank.

When I walked into the bank it was completely dead literally zero customers and after my experience here I see why! The teller Catherine started off nice until I had to inconvenience her to get off her stool to ask her manager a question he seem to be inconvenienced as well. As they continue to try to make me jump through hoops about my account when they already had plenty of proof it was mine (drivers license, debit card and showed my Bank of America app) the manager continued to harass me with a smirk on his face like he was getting a thrill out of it... Finally after about 30 minutes I got my cashiers check. This branch really needs some customer service skills or new staff. I've never had a bad experience with Bank of America until now! DON'T go to this branch because the manager Robert Datcher is more like Robert Doucher!!
