I've used this bank for multiple international wire transfers, notary services & other tedious "special projects" for our foundation & I consistently find them to be extremely attentive, courteous & knowledgeable.  Yes, occasionally the lines are long, but every employee I've come into contact with has been pleasant & professional.

Went to do an international bank transfer. The older gentleman there kept telling me the code was wrong. It was not wrong they just have no clue on international wire transfers . Finally they said they could not help me . How ridiculous was that !!!. Went down to the Garland one and the ladies there knew how to do it . The code was right !!

They have the longest lines and worst customer service. I always wait longer than 10 minutes to get my deposit done for work.

Always have to wait a long time in drive thru line and when tried to make a deposit after hours it's unavailable. So much for convenience.
