Worst Chase bank in Dallas area. Unfriendly and very unhelpful staff. Teller had a bad day and took it out on customers.

Sometimes their quick others they're ridiculously slow, service is friendly, but if you're even slightly strapped for time go to another location. One issue is they're not equipped to handle the additional traffic they gained from one of the nearby branches closing.

I was told it would be a 10 minute wait gor service. It turned into a 55 minute wait with lots of apologies. Not adequately staffed to provide level of service the bank claims to provide.

Ridiculous wait times if you're not a regular customer there. I waited over 30 minutes to see a banker and during that time three customers walked in and were able to walk right into the bankers and and get assistance due to the fact that they knew the bankers
