So I go in to make my truck payment and there's this old lady who seems to be nice at first, but then after I make my payment she says is there anything else I can do to help you with. I told her no that would be it, well then she has to make a remark and say well you have your car for another month and then she smiled. Like who says this? She belittled me. Very unprofessional

Today the banker grabbed my cellphone when I was trying to prove her wrong. She didn't ask for my permission to see it. She is either arrogant or not knowledgeable. Once I proved her wrong about my account, she didn't want to apologize.

Great Team of employee working together, I felt that they were all very professional, knowledge and had the best intentions to take care of me and my money.
