Terrible, terrible service. Associates can only do what they can with no tellers. Expect to wait in the drive through 30 minutes at the window. BOA wants to make you do all your banking on line so they've eliminated tellers. Instead they have other people milling about doing nothing while the teller line backs up to 10 plus customers. They have the nerve to ask you if they can help. Yes, get behind the counter and service customers. They love to tell you they're "not a teller". It's aggravating and insulting. I only go in to a BOA because my company banks with them. I never will have a personal account with them. All the branches are the same.

This is my favorite bank branch because EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONSISTENTLY DELIVERED HERE!  Thanks particularly to Chanda & also Benita, Nasreen & Jonathan for helping me resolve issues throughout 2015!  I also bank at a BofA branch closer to my home, at Chase, at 1st American & at Private Bank, but much less than I did before finding this branch. I'm very pleased with the convenience & outcomes from working with this branch's helpful people! This branch's people crush its competitors by understanding & delivering on a promise to serve the banking needs of its customers.
