This bank is insufferable. My employer opened up an HSA account with them and they starting chargeing me fees ($3.00) to send statements to my house because I had not checked my account in a couple of months. But these statements were sent to the wrong address and now they were chargeing me another fee for 'returned mail' ($10.00). Total every month $13.00. They say my phone was disconnected and that was and is wrong. When I found these fees and complained, they called my work number and got me on the first try. The will not reimburse these fees and if I don't check my balance every month I will incur another charge. If I had a choice I would not be banking with these folks
