This Bank of America has the absolute worse service. The tellers have poor service, their ridiculous "policies" they put into play will make you want to leave there ripping your hair out and they have ONE OF THE WORST managers. Carlos Rosas is their branch manager, who is absolutely terrible dealing with customers, his customer service skills are so poor. His solution to your problems are "well you can transfer banks, you do have options." I bank at several different branches due to BOA being the primary bank my company uses and also because I use BOA for my personal accounts and this is by far the worst Bank of America of them all. The most disappointing part is how unprofessional and rude the employees, especially the manager at this branch are.

This location is always so slow!!! I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes!!!!!!!! When I asked what took so long. I was told that they have to service 3 inside customers and then the drive thru! How idiotic is that?? I'm glad I only have to make deposits for work. I would never bank with BOA!!

I really think Bank Of America can do better than this, in 17 years of banking with this bank this is the lowest I have ever seen it. I have gone in there in the past three weeks to make deposit of 5-7 thousand dollars and had to walk back out with my checks into Chase bank across the street. My first account with them was with Nations Bank in 1999 and I have always know them to be courteous and organized bank to deal with. This particular location I have been going into since we started our business in 2005, I have seen wonderful, courteous and respectful managers come and go from Daniel Barrante to Cortisha, dealt with wonderful folks like Gwen Allen and Rick Sanchez. I have almost all kinds of accounts with them from home mortgage to personal to business and credit cards. The new managers and assistant managers talk to you like your have come to bother them by walking in to make a transaction. No respect for anybody. I went in there today the 16th of Sept. to make a deposit of about 5000, and was told the fund was not going to be available until the 26th of September i.e. more than 10 days, transaction exchanges happen between banks at midnight same day or at most in 2-3 days. I was not going to drop the money my business needs to survive and let BOFA sits and lays eggs on it for ten days. You ask them to give you the check back if it was going to take that long, they hand it right back to you like your business is nothing to them and you go to h.... There was no courtesy of asking how can I make the experience better for you, no courtesy of even trying to explain why it may or may not take that long. The computer says so and here is your check go somewhere else and bank. The other day I took a check of $2500 to cash because of their new policy of not making your fund available, the so called supervisor refused to cash it because it came from another bank with my name and business name on the check and with more than enough money in my accounts to serve as guarantee if needed, with home mortgage running into almost two decades with this bank. I think it's time to move on and I will advise my friends and associates to do the same. It's a damn shame. I pray to God to give me the grace of not walking into this bank or at the very least this location again. If there is anything less than a star this location surely deserves it. Ade Adimula
