Many years ago I closed out all my Bank of America account because of all of the crazy fees and how they handled checks that were coming in and credits. So here's another reason not to ever open up an account at Bank of America... My poor daughter is out of town and needed some quick cash in her account, so I went to the local Bank of America and wanted to deposit some cash into her account, I had her name her address and her phone number and did not require a receipt because I know that there are privacy laws. According to the bank manager they're not doing that anymore even though I told him it was an emergency and she was out of town and she needed the cash now. When did the local Bank Stop offering excellent customer service?

This is a horrible branch. Currently I'm looking at 7 employees sitting at desks doing nothing and one teller. There is a line of people waiting for a teller and it's 930. Its all downhill from there. If you come in around lunch time the line is almost out the door and there might be one more teller. There is no drive through teller. 6/9 906am another day at bofa currently 4 people in front of me one teller and about 4 or 5 personal bankers. Nice job bank of america.

Every time I come here there's just one problem Spanish people get helped first no matter if u were there first there going to greet the Latin people first and it's not right other then that great place but I just wish they would but customers first in stead of race

I don't really like Bank of America but the staff were awesome and waited at the door instantly assisting me on a impulse the restrooms were awesome Back of America has the most high end technology i could not believe what I have even seen wow just great technology this place held the only main problem I had we the place was too crowded which is cool but not when it becomes an inconvenience plus the stuff behind the counter were moving too slow to where the lines were moving very slow I wanted to come in and out I only needed to cash a check it had taken me 35 minutes no joke. Awesome place.

If Google had a half a star, this bank wouldn't even deserve it... Sadly bank of America year after year gets worse... my last 3 visits to 3 different banks have bee terrible... yo have to wait in line for over 20 or 30 min. And trust me it doesn't matter if it's Monday or Friday .... this bank sucks......
